*Gender And Autism

Gender And Autism

Autism is a mental condition that affects the brain and usually takes notice in early childhood.Autism has found to be genetic among families and is usually passed down from parents to children.Other times it is spontaneous and genetic changes affect the embryo while the child is still in the womb.
It is characterized by difficulty in communication and forming relationships with others and usually take part in abstract concepts.1 in every 68 children, ages 3 to 17,are diagnosed with autism every year in America alone. While autism affects both genders worldwide,it is more prominent in males rather than females.Males have a four times larger chance of showing signs of autism than women are according to recent analysis done by qualified scientists. One in every 48 males are diagnosed with autism while 1 in every 189 women are diagnosed every year.
This is due to a physical brain contrast between the two sexes.Nerves of cells and neurons play the most important role in finding what causes autism. The cortex area of the brain, which controls major brain functions such as language and learning,is on the outer layer of the brain and is embedded with nerves that controls thinking functions.Males have thinner cortex measurements than women, which is the most prominent reason for the autism difference.Although this mostly gender based, the cortex itself is what causes autism regardless of gender.Gender only plays a role in this study because males usually have the thinner cortex rather than women. This study can also mean that women with autism have more male oriented brains.Tests done by neuroscientists have yet to discover if the thickness of the brain cortex is the cause of autism or a symptom of the mental disease.
Autism has sadly become more prominent through the last few decades, but so has advancements in technology to further the idea of a cure. Many different scientists are looking for different ways to avoid autism for future generations by examining human brains and the differences among men and women.More and more foundations have also been created to help those in need and families affected with autism.

*7 ways to tell you're introverted

1.You Prefer Public Speaking instead of Conversation

7 Ways To Tell You’re An Introvert

An introvert is a shy or reticent person.Anyone can be introverted as it can span from any age or occupation.Over the years,as more and more people are showing signs of being introverted, more people are finding out the signals of those introverted and becoming more supportive of them  .Have you ever wondered if you are introverted?Look at these 7 different and simple ways to find out!
Public speaking can be stressful if not impossible for someone who is introverted. However,a one on one conversation is much more excruciating.Having to focus on one person and keeping the conversation going. When speaking to a large crowd, you do not have to focus on very much and there are usually others also speaking publicly.
2.You’re easily distracted
Extroverts,or those opposite of introverts, get bored when there is nothing to do,introverts have the opposite problem. They are easily distracted and find most things overwhelming for them.Environments full of people or over stimulating environments can cause introverts to be distracted for the over excitement
3.Shutting down mentally.
After a long overly stimulating day,you tend to shut down and become unresponsive.Doing energetic things outside or in public and cause excess energy to be used that the brain cannot accompany for. After this you usually fine comfort in a quiet and calm place to recuperate your energy for the next day. If a place like this is not found quickly enough, the brain will mentally create one and become unresponsive.
4.You’re an expert at one thing, not so much at others.
You dominantly focus on your best trait as opposed to trying anything new or different.Focusing on one task and mastering it is much simpler and easier than trying many different tasks. This leads to intense studying for that one task and becoming proud of it.
5.You notice details others do not
Being overwhelmed and having too many things all at once can have its benefits every now and then. While others are focused on the tasks at hand and the general idea, you can pinpoint specific needs for each goal. This makes it much easier to finish one task before starting another.
6.A very small group of close friends
Socializing is a nightmare for all introverts, that’s why having a small group of trustworthy friends is much better and easier to have rather than a larger, less trustworthy one.Maintaining these friendships are usually much easier as well and less stressful.
7.Great Judge of character
Introverts are great at seeing through people.Finding out what they’re intentions are and theyre overall character is easy to you.Weighing the pros and cons of a person based on theyre actions and how they interact with others is a very useful skill that introverts find necessary in everyday life.

I hope this list is useful to anyone and everyone who considers the thought of being introverted and the benefits it has!

*A Healthier Solution

My assigned article is about the mental evaluations of depression and the different solutions how how to treat it.The article also argues that medication is not always the best cure for such illnesses but simple aerobic exercises and very small lifestyle choices can be make the difference of getting out of bed every day. Depression is the most common mental illness in the United States. It effects 25 percent of the overall population,a percentage which continues to grow over the years. The number of depressed patients filling doctors offices around the country have caused most people to go straight to medication and antidepressants because of how easy and fast they work on the body. Most people who choose this method of treatment do not consider the health factors of using these medications. Some psychiatrists have opted for healthier treatments to steer clear of antidepressants.
Studies conducted by qualified doctors have found a cheaper, more healthy way of dealing with depression.Exercising combats depression by enhancing endorphins in the body, which has a morphine-like effect on the brain. This will give the brain a more natural energy and an overall better mood while getting through the day.Exercise treatments can be as simple as jogging every day or any physical exertion,as long as the body is feeling somewhat strained.at the end of the day. This can give the person the feeling of accomplishment after a long day and knowing that they pushed themselves without the need for any type of medication can leave a great affect on the brain. The most important use of these treatments is to keep doing them regularly every day and continually pushing yourself to your limit.Having a plan of what and when your workout will consist of can give the brain a sense of obligation and desire. This can ward of the negative thoughts of lethargy and pointlessness.
While this solution has many benefits and simple plans, only 40% of those afflicted with depression choose this treatment. Most americans opt for medication straight away because of the supposed guaranteed “cure”.This lie perpetrated by most forms of media does more harm than good because of how many negative effects it can hold.Psychiatrists usually select a medication type solution straight away because it is easy and costs the person in need of help more money while exercise is free and cost nothing. It is much easier for a psychiatrist to have a 15 minute session with someone and prescribe them some sort of antidepressant than to actually think of the person's well being and mental health and give them an actually healthy and free treatment.
My opinion is for anyone suffering from depression to first try exercising the body and keeping healthy than to go for medication right away.Keeping healthy and energised is the first step to a happier life.

fidget toy review

                                                  Fidget Toy Therapy Review

Fidget toys have been trending lately for the simplicity and cheapness it takes to create.Schools all around the county have been taken over by this trend, but did you know there are actual therapeutic benefits of using them?
Fidget toys can help anyone who suffers from Anxiety and encourage work while under stress while at a job or school. They are self-regulating,stress-relieving and calming tools that can be used subconsciously, which will continue the work flow. They come in many different shapes, sizes, colors, and textures.Even teachers and educators believe fidget toys improve attention.Instead of distracting other students, moving around the classroom or making unnecessary noises, they can channel that energy into something quiet and productive.
It helps by acting almost as a stress ball.It helps one part of the brain on the toy and the other focusing on instructions.
Another benefit is usability of the toy. They are small enough to fit in the palm of your hand and should only be used with one,so you can write or take notes. As well as that they are also very durable and can take a lot of damage, making the already affordable
They are affordable, appeal to both genders and even easy to make.I suggest the fidget toy for anyone who has trouble focusing or just looking for something to do.
